Serving 5-6 People

Ingredients:

a)

  • 1 Lb ground beef,
  • 1/4 milk
  • 1/4 breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon onion salt
  • salt and pepper to taste

b)

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 GARLIC CLOVE CHOPPED FINELY
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder (or NO-FAIL Glyco Curry)
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube diluted in 1 cup boiling water

HOW TO:

a) Make meatballs

Preheat oven at 500 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large bowl mix all ingredients in part A. Form into meatballs 1″ in diameter and place them on a baking sheet. Space meatballs 1″ apart on  baking sheet pan. Bake uncovered for 5-6 mins until browned and cooked through. Set aside.

b) Sauce

Melt butter in a large pot. Fry onion and garlic till soft. Add flour, curry powder, salt and whisk together. Gradually add milk and chicken boullion. Cook on medium heat, continuously whisking, until sauce thickens and simmers. Add meatballs and heat thoroughly. Serve on white rice or noodles. Optional: Add parsley before serving. Feed to hungry Garl.
