Daniel’s Creamy Garlicky Pasta MHHMMM

Cook your pasta in a very sea salted water, while doing rest in the iron skillet / pan. (i personally prefer iron skillet)

  1. smash some butter on the skillet / pan
  2. add some olive oil, so it wont stick (turn fire to minimum)
  3. cut and separate into bowls: garlic, onion, mushrooms, spinach, parsley, bacon (smol cuboids)
  4. turn fire to medium (on a scale of 1 to 3 it would be 2)
  5. add garlic & onion (tasty $grlc cloves)
  6. once you feel the aroma of $grlc with ur nose add the mushrooms
  7. stir till mushrooms soak all the garlicky juices
  8. add bacon (mmmm bacon)
  9. stir till the bacon and mushrooms release all their juices
  10. put a lot of spinach in there as well
  11. pour in some milk
  12. add some cheese
  13. when cheese is half melted, pour in some more milk so all the stuff is kinda drowning
  14. put in some flour, depends on how THICC you want the sauce
  15. put in the pasta
  16. stir till sauce starts thickening
  17. turn off fire
  18. smack it on a plate
  19. season with parsley, sea salt, black pepper

As you may have noticed I did not put any numbers as to how much of anything to put in, becuase it all depends on how much you want to make.

Do it a few times and you will know what works for you.

Always use at least 5 garlic cloves.
